We have two basic functional models:

P : Preschooling Only. Just 9am to 12.30pm

PC: Preschooling & Child care. 9am onwards and runs 24x7
These models are set up depending on the location and other demand requirements.

ONSITE
The word Onsite means having a P or a PC facility on your Work campus itself.
Esperanza Offers state of the art Preschooling &Childcare facilities to corporate clients WITHIN their work campuses. Children of employees working for the client/s ONLY will be a part of this set up.
Availability of high quality & affordable Preschooling & child care, is an important issue for workers with family responsibilities. Employers are increasingly recognizing the benefits which flow to both business and its employers sponsored initiatives.

Basic points to understand for setting up an ONSITE FACILITY :

1. Average Indoor area per child of atleast 25 sq feet. Example : If the requirement is for 100 children, then the minimum basic area to be provided for the same is atleast 2500 sq feet

2. Outdoor play area is not Mandatory and varies from company to company. If provided, then the average area per child is 40 sq feet.

3. Electricity, Airconditioning & Well ventilated rooms a must

4. Carpeted or wooden floored rooms

5. Toilets/Bathrooms in close proximity to the proposed site/ room

6. Structural changes to the proposed building or site is not recommended by us. Only renovation of the given space is encouraged.

7. Minimum guaranteed number of children using the facility

8. Investment for the set up to be taken up by the client

9. Design of the premises will be as per our brand standards. Access to our designers a must.

10. Implementation of the design can be either taken up by Esperanza or by the client, whichever can reproduce the same result in a cost effective fashion

11. Minimum operational contract of 3 years

12. Fee can be decided on the number of children using the facility. Generally rack rates will be applicable .

NEAR TO WORK PLACE
An Esperanza facility within a distance of less than 2 Kilometres from the nearest IT Hub or SEZ is deemed to be known as a Near to Workplace model.
This model can be a P or PC.
Children from the general public can be made a part of this set up. Should any corporate intend to book a fixed number of seats each year, they need to contact our customer service team and talk to someone in corporate relations.
Any prospective client can even book the entire facility by guaranteeing us a fixed student number.

OFFSITE
An Esperanza facility within a distance of more than 2 Kilometres from the nearest IT Hub or SEZ is deemed to be known as a Offsite model.

This model can be a P or PC

Children from the general public can be made a part of this set up. Should any corporate intend to book a fixed number of seats each year, they need to contact our customer service team and talk to someone in corporate relations.

Any prospective client can even book the entire facility by guaranteeing us a fixed student number.
